2 Minute Vegan Breakfast Smoothie
Quick, easy and no chopping required!
- 1 cup of your favourite soy, almond or hemp or rice milk
- 1 banana (peeled, broken in half)
- splash of juice (whichever you like - orange, pineapple, mango)
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Throw everything in the blender and mix until smooth.

Yummy - is this the drink you make in the juicer every morning??
No, this smoothie can be made in a blender actually. My juicer is packed away at the moment, but that recipe is 2 oranges + 1 peach. I should blog that one day too - thanks for reminding me ^_^
